Resident activities

We provide basic resident support activities during PPAP and SOP, up to analysis and support when implementing corrective measures.

Our residents have long-term experience in the field of quality, speak foreign languages and receive regular schooling in all methods necessary to perform the following activities:

  • Acceptance of non-conforming parts – analysis of these parts
  • Contact person for OEM or end customer
  • Communication with specialist departments
  • Reporting (1x per month),
  • Timely, effective flow of information to the customer
  • Processing complaints (start of sorting activities etc.)
  • Accompanying visitors
  • Random tests (2x per month) at 1 address
  • Monitoring of material flow
  • Checking the implementation of defined corrective measures and verifying their effectiveness
  • Receipt and processing of sample parts
  • Supervision of sorting activities
  • Processing customers´ complaints and claims
  • Storage of spare parts - reduction of returns from the production line
  • Coordination of sorting activities between the customer and end user
  • Implementation of immediate corrective measures in agreement with the customer
  • Installation tests
  • Meisterbock + Cubing, laboratory tests, measurement protocols, ColourMatching – general support
  • (Meisterbock+Cubing dates, Colour Matching dates only in the presence of the representative/customer)
  • Permanent deployment at the end customer (full-time work for 1 specific customer)

Construction and start-up dates

  • MB/C dates
  • Support in keeping dates in the PPAP phase of the project
  • Assessment of PPAP parts
  • Storage of sample parts, storage of pre-series parts
  • Inspection of the defined improvement process – communication between the customer, OEM, JIT-warehouse
  • Choice between full-time and part-time (at PPAP)
