Key Responsibilities and Change Management
As an Interim Manager, you will take control of the project and focus on:
- Diagnostics and RCA:
Fast and accurate diagnostic analysis of existing processes and identification of system‑level root causes (RCA) of issues.
- CAPA Implementation:
Implementation, monitoring, and management of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to achieve measurable and immediate improvements.
- Sustainability of Changes:
Ensuring the long-term sustainability of introduced changes, anchoring them in the processes, and performing proper project handover.
- Project Leadership:
Managing the entire project lifecycle—from initial diagnostics to final stabilization and handover.

We are seeking an experienced manager with the following critical attributes:
- Experience:
Proven results in Quality Management and in leading demanding transformation or crisis projects.
- Leadership Skills:
Strong leadership, decision‑making, and negotiation skills to drive effective change implementation.
- Mobility and Adaptability:
Full willingness to travel and operate directly at the client’s site throughout the project.High level of adaptability in unfamiliar or dynamic environments.
- Communication:
Professional presentation and preparation of clear, actionable reports for the client’s top management.
